Kazuhiro Iwamoto Partner

After working at Normua Securities Co., Ltd. for 8 years, Mr. Iwamoto was appointed to executive officer, in charge of domestic investments at a corporate venture capital firm. He was responsible for total deal flows of investments from due diligence to exit and successfully completed 5 IPOs from portfolio companies during his tenure. Mr. Iwamoto joined SBI CAPITAL Co., Ltd. just after its establishment in June 2001 and executed a wide range of investments such as Corporate Revitalization, Pipes, and Buy-Out. As CFO of portfolio companies, he is experienced in establishing and executing corporate reform plans in collaboration with officers and employees to increase company market value.

Hideo Nakamura Partner

After working at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Ltd. for 8 years, Mr. Nakamura joined SBI Holdings, Inc. He was responsible for the group finance operations for 10 years as a finance executive officer.
In 2011, Mr. Nakamura was the first to successfully issue a Hong Kong IPO by a Japanese business. After managing the office in Hong Kong, he took the position of CEO at a declining Korean savings bank. His efforts to revitalize the bank made great improvements to management and contributed to profits made by the bank. In addition to his accomplishments as a financial specialist, Mr. Nakamura has experience in domestic and foreign principal investments and corporate management with deep knowledge of corporate finance and general management.
